Author Patrick “Packy” Mader is delighted to be invited to share his four children’s picture books with the students and staff at Pine Harbor Christian Academy in Hastings–just in time for the holidays!  All of Patrick’s books celebrate rural lifestyle and traditions and have positive messages.  Two of the books are linked to Christmas and spiritual wonders.  As a former elementary teacher, Patrick is very comfortable with students of all ages and thoroughly enjoys returning to the classroom.

Patrick will be bringing his popular props and large storyboards for easy viewing for the classes.  Everyone loves the authentic milking machine and “Rocky,” the large stuffed cow.  Come learn and enjoy the fun!
