Author Patrick “Packy” Mader is thrilled to be invited to Falcon Ridge Elementary School in New Prague to share the four children’s pictures books and two books on Minnesota Olympians with students and staff on Monday, February 26th.  Patrick brings large storyboards and props to engage students and has a variety of Power Point slide shows on Minnesota Olympians in a broad range of sports and eras.

It will also be a day to be able to purchase books at bargain prices!  Patrick will be selling each of the children’s picture books for $5 apiece.  All stories feature a farm setting, have positive messages, and celebrate rural life.

The only books on the market on Minnesota Olympians, Minnesota Gold and More Minnesota Gold share the personal history and athletic careers of many famous Minnesota athletes including Lindsay Whalen, Jessie Diggins, hockey star Buzz Schneider of the 1980 Miracle on Ice team and 2022 Olympic swimming medalist Regan Smith of Lakeville.
