Patrick “Packy” Mader is delighted to return to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School in Hastings, Minnesota, to share his four children’s books and two books on Minnesota Olympians during a joint celebration of the 2022 Winter Olympics and National Catholic Schools Week.

Among the athletes featured is Lindsay Williams, a cross country skiing Olympian from Hastings, and 2020 Summer Olympian and three-time medalist Regan Smith of Lakeville.  Other Minnesota athletes highlighted are 2002 Olympic flag bearer and three-time medalist Amy Peterson of Maplewood, triple jumper Shani Marks of Apple Valley, and gold medalist Jessie Diggins of Afton.  An engaging multi-media Power Point slide show will be part of the program.

The children’s picture books program includes props from the farm Patrick grew up on and large storyboards for easy viewing.  Each book promotes positive messages and celebrates rural traditions.

Books will be available for sale at a 20 – 40% discount.
